(Y)our mail scan

 This command permits you to scan for mail addressed to you to determine
 if you have sent or received messages.

 Subcommands
  +   = Scan forward.
  -   = Scan in reverse.
  A   = Scan all selected conferences.
  ALL = Scan all conferences.
  C   = Scan current conference.
  L   = Scan in long report mode.
  NS  = Display in nonstop mode (no "more?" prompts).
  Q   = Scan in quick report mode.
  S   = Scan unread mail.
